2. Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. After we sent out the package, you can get a tracking number and you can check the tracking information in this site: CLICK HERE
3. Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Dearosy.
4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.

Return/Exchange Process
- a. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
- b. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
- c. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
- d. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Customized products are not allowed to be returned, please understand that.
- e. If your package is missing products, or it is damaged, please keep the outer package so we can check the information. Otherwise, we can't help you.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at contact@dearosy.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. Order Cancellation

- a. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
- b. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
- c. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
